Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

All orders placed and approved by our shipping insurance company are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on weekends; all orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received during business hours, but your order may be delayed while we wait for our shipping insurance company to verify payment information. You Will Receive A Tracking Number Via Email Once Your Order Is Approved And Fulfilled. 

 

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:

We will have to charge you shipping and postage if your order is returned due to an invalid or insufficient address. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a refund for the item's amount. We will deduct the original attempt's shipping and postage costs.

 

LOST PACKAGES:

We are not liable for any missing, stolen, or lost packages caused by the shipping company. To file a missing package claim with the shipping company, you must contact them directly. They will be able to help you find your package more quickly. Once your package leaves our shipping warehouse, we have no visibility into it.
